Abstract

The invention discloses a multifunctional micro-type fruit and vegetable temperature shocking treatment and storage refrigeration house which comprises a fruit and vegetable storage room, a first heat exchanger, a house inner side sliding door, a second heat exchanger, a fruit and vegetable treatment room, a first control valve, a second control valve, a throttling device, a third heat exchanger, a third control valve, a fourth control valve and a compressor. The second heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, and refrigerating fluid evaporates, absorbs heat and cools air in the fruit and vegetable treatment room to be temperature needed by fruit and vegetable cold shock treatment for the cold shock treatment. The second heat exchanger is used as a condenser, and the refrigerating fluid condenses, releases the heat and heats the air in the fruit and vegetable treatment room to temperature needed by fruit and vegetable heat shock treatment for the heat shock treatment. After the fruit and vegetable cold shock treatment or the fruit and vegetable heat shock treatment is finished, fruits and vegetables are directly moved into the storage room to be stored through the sliding door on a separation structure. When no fruits and vegetables need to be treated, the four control valves are closed, and a system operates in a conventional refrigeration house mode. Compared with the prior art, the multifunctional micro-type fruit and vegetable temperature shocking treatment and storage refrigeration house saves overall equipment cost investment, and effectively improves the primary energy ratio of the system.
