The invention discloses skin-caring soap which is made of the following mixed components in percentage by weight: 1-3% of wool fat, 4-5% of sodium chloride, 2-4% of polyoxyethylene, 4-5% of alkylolamides, 0.3% of panthenol, 0.2% of sorbitol, 0.3% of aloe powder, 0.4% of phytosterol, 15% of acetic acid chlorhexidine, 0.6% of alkyl amphoteric sodium acetate and the balance of soap base.
