Abstract

The invention relates to a green tea quality analysis apparatus based on an intelligent electronic nose system, and a method. In the prior art, detection on volatile gases in beverage samples is performed through human body organs, such that technical problems of subjective difference and harm on human body exist. A purpose of the invention is to solve the technical problems in the prior art. The apparatus comprises a gas collection unit, a gas sampling unit, a treatment unit and a control unit, wherein the gas collection unit comprises a gas chamber, a sample chamber, a first communication pipe and a second communication pipe, the gas chamber, the sample chamber, the first communication pipe and the second communication pipe form a loop-shaped circulation path, the gas sampling unit is connected with the gas chamber, the treatment unit and the gas sampling unit are connected, and a gas inlet mechanism, a gas outlet electromagnetic valve and the gas sampling unit are respectively connected with the control unit. According to the present invention, the electronic nose system is built, such that the detection result is comprehensive and objective, and hazard of sample gas on human health is avoided; and gas is subjected to circulation flow during gas sampling, such that gas mixing is uniform, and detection data is accurate.
