The sampler comprises a drill component and a drill stem component which are connected with each other through a sampling pipe in the drill stem component; a square plate of the drill component is fixed in the middle of a shell of a drill, a hinge plate is fixed on the square plate, a steel wire is used for connecting the hinge plate and the sampling pipe, an inner ring of an inner film of the sampling pipe is arranged at a lower end ring opening of the shell of the drill; the sampling pipe of the drill stem component is connected with the drill component through a clamping ring, and the other end of the sampling pipe is in threaded connection with a combining pipe and an extension pipe, one end of the inner film of the sampling pipe is fixed on the drill shell through the inner ring of the sampling pipe, a film body is arranged in the sampling pipe, the combining pipe and the extension pipe.
