Abstract

The invention discloses a management system used for locating and tracking of areas inside and outside a prison, and belongs to an area locating system. The management system comprises a UWB locating subsystem, an RFID locating subsystem, a door control system, a terminal identification device and an application management server. The application management server is used for running locating and tracking platform software which is mainly used for calculating the current position of the terminal identification device according to the time when UWB label signals reach UWB locating base stations, a unique identification ID of RFID electronic labels and the number of an antenna; through the combination of the UWB locating method and the RFID identification locating method, the terminal identification device simultaneously integrating UWB and RFID can arbitrarily switch between indoor locating and outdoor locating and get located, and therefore locating management to prisoners is convenient; by the utilization of the characteristics of UWB locating and the characteristics of RFID identification locating, the locating precision of the effective areas is controlled to be within 30cm. Meanwhile, the management system is simple in structure, can also be used in other places which are the same with the prison in requirement, and is wide in application range.
