The method and the platform system have good expansibility, stability and accuracy, and can exclude a potential safety hazard for the reducer in an industrial occasion where the reducer is used to a great extent; the platform provides historical values of self-learning function keeping records and retrograde analysis for exerting a guide effect on point inspection of point inspection personnel; the daily workload of field maintenance personnel is reduced greatly; and the working efficiency is improved.
