Embodiment

[0091] The given problem is shown in Table 3 below. The information in the table includes assembly sequence, active pre-nodes, duration and number of workers, etc.

[0093]

[0094]

[0095] In Table 3, similar to Table 2, the A0 number represents the item number of the assembly activity and the name A0 represents the item name of the assembly activity. The null front node indicates that there is no higher priority than the assembly activity represented by the item number. For assembly activities, the number in the front node represents the entry number of the assembly activity with higher priority. In addition, standard working hours represent the time required for the assembly activity; the number of people represents the number of people required for the assembly activity; the section name represents the name of the assembly section of the aircraft. For example, the number 1 represents the nose of the aircraft, 2 represents the fuselage of t...

Abstract

An assembly scheduling method of an aircraft is used for scheduling multiple assembly processes. The assembly scheduling method of the aircraft comprises establishing a mathematical model according to the constraint conditions of assembly scheduling through a computer processor; encoding the sequence of the assembly processes according to a genetic algorithm to generate an initial population, wherein the initial population is composed of a plurality of individuals, and every individual contains information with the assembly process sequence different from that of other individuals; selecting the individuals containing information with specific assembly process sequences as parents according to a fitness function; crossing and gene-recombining the parent individuals to obtain new individuals containing the information with the specific assembly process sequences as offsprings; randomly selecting a certain individual for variation to generate a new individual containing the information with the specific assembly process sequence; decoding the individuals with adaptive values reaching a preset value to obtain an optimized assembly sequence; arranging the assembly processes of the aircraft according to the optimized assembly sequence. Therefore, the assembly scheduling problem of the aircraft, which is restrained by multiple resources, can be better solved.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of aircraft, and specifically relates to an aircraft assembly scheduling method. Background technique [0002] There are many parts and components of aircraft products, and the design and manufacturing process is complicated. A product or part is often composed of thousands of parts. Due to the fixed nature of aircraft products and the fluidity of the implementation process, its assembly is actually an uneven process. According to the schedule of the schedule, the demand for the types and amount of resources in a unit time often changes greatly, and the various resources that a department or unit can provide in a certain time are also limited. In order to ensure continuous and normal production activities and economic and effective use of resources, it is necessary to optimize and combine resource allocation. [0003] Aircraft assembly can be regarded as a multi-resource constraint project scheduling optimization...
