The invention also provides an ICP torch tube positioning device which comprises the three-dimensional mobile platform and an ICP light source generation apparatus, wherein the ICP light source generation apparatus is arranged on a bearing platform of the Z-direction mobile station of the three-dimensional mobile platform. The ICP light source generation apparatus comprises a torch tube, a torch tube clamp seat, an RF coil and a high frequency generator, wherein the torch tube clamp seat is fixedly arranged on the bearing platform; the torch tube is arranged inside the RF coil; and the two ends of the RF coil are in threaded connection with the copper joints of the high frequency generator respectively.
