Abstract

The invention discloses a solid air freshening agent and its preparation method. The solid air freshening agent comprises the following components by weight: 1.5%-5% of agar, 0.1%-10% of essential oil, 0.2%-10% of ethanol, 0.5%-5% of activated carbon, and the balance deionized water. The preparation method includes: adding the agar into deionized water, conducting heating stirring till complete dissolution of the agar; diluting the essential oil by ethanol, then adding activated carbon to form a mixed solution; when the agar solution cools to 40DEG C-50DEG C, adding the mixed solution, stirring them evenly, then pouring the solution into a container, and carrying out cooling to a solidification state. Compared with the prior art, the solid air freshening agent provided in invention can refresh air, and also can adsorb toxic and harmful gas in the air. At the same time, the solid air freshening agent adopts the safe and non-toxic agar as the carrier, employs natural essential oil to replace synthetic essence. Meanwhile, safe and non-toxic activated carbon and ethanol are used. The solid air freshening agent provided in the invention is truly secure and efficient.
