Problems solved by technology

[0014] In the prior art described above, although the shock generated at the time of collision can be suppressed, the elasticity of the buffer body changes due to temperature and humidity, aging after long-term use, etc., and the amount of deformation of the buffer body also changes, so lack of reproducibility
[0015] When using this buffer body, since the distance between the upper surface of the brake shoe and the top plate of the emergency brake device frame changes, it is difficult to accurately position the brake shoe at the specified height position, which may cause The emergency braking device cannot obtain a stable braking force
[0016] In addition, when elastic bodies such as rubber are used as the buffer body, the elastic body may be hydrolyzed due to moisture absorption. As a result, as with the previous technology, there is a problem that the prescribed braking force may not be obtained

Embodiment Construction

[0042] The emergency braking device in the elevator of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0043] figure 1 It is a longitudinal sectional view when the emergency braking device 10 is not operating (the elevator is running normally).

[0044] The emergency brake device 10 has a pair of brake shoes 1 arranged bilaterally symmetrically across the guide rail 2 , and the pair of brake shoes 1 are arranged substantially parallel to the guide rail 2 with a slight gap therebetween so as to sandwich the guide rail 2 .

[0045] The back surface of the brake shoe 1 opposite to the guide rail is a smooth inclined surface having a wedge shape that narrows upward.

[0046] In order to move the brake shoe 1 to a predetermined position, a guide member 4 for guiding the displacement of the brake shoe 1 is provided on the back surface of the brake shoe 1 .

[0047] The guide member 4 has a guide plate 3 and a roller 5. The inner side of...

Abstract

In order to prevent the bounce of a brake shoe during the initial braking, produce the braking force stably, and stop at the predetermined speed, the invention provides an elevator provided with an emergency braking device. In order to stop the cabin of the elevator, the brake shoe is slidably disposed on a guide rail in an elevating channel in a pressed manner by using the emergency brake device, and therefore the brake force can be generated. The elevator provided with the emergency brake device is further provided with a collision force direction converting part, which can be used to convert the collision force generated by the collision between the brake shoe being lifted upward and a top plate of the emergency braking device into the movement resistance in the horizontal direction. The collision force direction converting part is constituted by a pin used as a protruding member and a gap filling sheet used as a concave member. The pin is disposed on an upper part of the brake shoe, and the gap filling sheet is disposed on the top plate of the emergency braking device by the housing part in a supported manner, and can be embedded with the pin. The movement of the gap filling sheet in the horizontal direction can be used to prevent the bounce of the brake shoe.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an emergency braking device for an elevator, and is especially suitable for an emergency braking device capable of stably generating braking force in a high-speed elevator. Background technique [0002] In existing elevators, an emergency braking device is provided as a safety device. When the descending speed of the elevator car exceeds a certain speed, the emergency braking device stops the elevator car according to an appropriate deceleration. [0003] When the elevator car reaches a speed above the specified speed, the emergency braking device clamps the guide rail arranged in the lifting passage through the brake shoe provided with two trapezoidal friction members, and presses the brake shoe on the guide rail through the spring. The braking force is thus generated using the force produced by the elastic deformation of the spring. Brake shoes are generally formed of cast iron, copper-based sintered alloy, ceramics, etc., w...
