Abstract

The invention relates to an integrated process for degreasing, deoiling and drying woods. The integrated process is characterized in that two processes including a high-temperature high-pressure steaming degreasing and deoiling process and a wood vacuum drying process are finished through one set of devices. The high-temperature high-pressure steaming degreasing and deoiling process comprises the following steps of: (1) performing truck loading; (2) putting materials in to a tank; (3) starting processing; (4) heating and discharging air in a container; (5) performing steaming; (6) utilizing heat energy; (7) liquefying grease; (8) collecting the grease; and (9) performing cyclic steaming. The vacuum drying process comprises the following steps of: (1) performing process conversion; (2) balancing the air humidity in the tank; (3) uniformly heating; (4) performing vacuum drying; (5) performing cyclic drying; and (6) slowly releasing internal stress of the woods. The integrated process is simple and reasonable and high in production efficiency, and can meet requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction.
