The inner anchoring supporting body is the cage-shaped cylinder, and grouting can flow into the interior of the inner anchoring supporting body, and therefore the inner anchoring supporting body and the grouting are bonded fully and combined compactly. When the inhaul cable is stretched and drawn, the inner anchoring supporting body can apply not only pressure but also tensile force to the grouting, wherein the tensile force predominates, and therefore the cage-shaped supporting body can disperse loads transmitted by the inhaul cable well, reduce stress concentration, and avoid a phenomenon of crushing the grouting in front of the supporting body.
