Embodiment Construction

[0027] The specific implementation process of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0028] see figure 1 , select crop stalks, and make proportions according to different crops and different water contents, for example: fresh corn stalks: dry wheat straws = 3:1 (weight ratio), and can choose corresponding crop stalks as raw materials according to different seasons. Choose a certain ratio according to the humidity and chop, then pre-rot and store it in a dry reactor for dry fermentation, and the generated biogas is exported for use. After a certain period of time, the fully reacted substrates are automatically slag-extracted and piled up to be used as organic fertilizers for crops.

Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing biogas by dry fermentation of crop straws, and discloses a dry fermentation biogas production method after the crop straws are smashed and a reactor production process, aiming at the characteristics that in a conventional biogas production method, an anaerobic reaction is not completed, reaction substrates can not be removed or updated automatically, and relevant facilities of a reactor can not meet usage in wide rural areas and peasant households in China. The process is characterized in that the biogas is prepared by sorting, smashing, sterilizing, disinfecting, acidifying and adjusting, anaerobically fermenting and desulfurizing and a biogas tank is manufactured by glass fiber reinforced plastic materials. The process can make reactants reacted completely and auto-update the reactants, and is suitable for popularization and application in wide peasant households.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a biogas production technology, more precisely, the invention discloses a biogas production technology by dry fermentation of crop stalks. Background technique [0002] Biogas is a combustible gas produced by microbial decomposition and fermentation of organic matter under anaerobic conditions. Its main component is methane (CH 4 ) and carbon dioxide (CO 2 ), and a small amount of hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S), nitrogen and some other components. Among them, the methane content is 55% to 70%, and the carbon dioxide content is 28% to 44%. Biogas can be obtained by anaerobic fermentation of various organic matter, including crop straw, human and animal manure, and organic matter contained in industrial and agricultural wastewater. Because the cellulose and lignin in crop straws are not easy to be degraded by microorganisms, it leads to the disadvantages of pretreatment, slow start-up, and slow gas production rate in the biogas fer...
