The library management system based on the web can achieve functions of management of an administrator, management of users, management of books, book borrowing and book returning, can also provide functions of mail sending and on-line chatting, and improves usability. Readers do not need to find one by one in a library, and can inquire the books conveniently through a browser. The administrator can be liberated from multifarious manual operation, and most of data are input, stored and managed through a computer. The library management system based on the web reduces repeated work, saves labor cost, and simultaneously avoids error.
