A roadside aerial parking device comprises a parking supporting frame which is arranged on the ground, used for parking of cars and capable of lifting freely, wherein the parking supporting frame is horizontally arranged at one side of a vertical type support, is connected with the vertical type support in a sliding mode, and the vertical type support is fixed on the ground. When a car needs byroad parking service, a driving device is turned on and enables the parking supporting frame to descend to the ground. After the car runs to the appropriate position of a parking supporting plate, the hydraulic driving device is controlled to jack up the supporting plate to a height set by a travel switch, and the supporting plate is locked. Similarly, when the car needs to be taken, the hydraulic driving device is controlled to lower the parking supporting plate to the ground. After the car running away, the parking supporting plate is lifted. Therefore, road passage is not influenced.
