The collaborative filtering recommendation method, the device and the system base on the user track are used for providing more effective recommendations for users, when the users browse and select web pages and videos. The method comprises that position information of a mobile terminal can be acquired, and geographic position coordinates of users can be ensured according to the position information. Position spots which are ensured by geographic position coordinates can be clustered so as to ensure user tracks of users. Each user track is an area which the radius is less than a first threshold value and position spot density is greater than a second threshold value. A track of a target user can be made a comparison with user tracks of other users, and an adjacent user of the target user can be ensured. The target user is a user which waits for providing a recommended result. Browsing histories of users can be obtained and saved. The recommended result can be provided for the target user by use of a collaborative filtering arithmetic according to the browsing histories of the target user and the adjacent user. The invention further discloses a collaborative filtering recommendation device and a system based on the user track.
