Abstract

The invention discloses a nanoparticle aerosol generator which comprises an insulation upper cover and a base, wherein the insulation upper cover is arranged on the base; the insulation upper cover and the base are provided with hollow cavities respectively; a metal bar is arranged in the insulation upper cover and positioned in the hollow cavity of the insulation upper cover and extends into the hollow cavity of the base; a metal needle is arranged at the free end of the metal bar; a high-voltage power supply connecting terminal is arranged at the upper end of the insulation upper cover; an air inlet and an air outlet are formed at the lower part of the base; and a metal plate is arranged on the inner surface of a bottom plate of the base. The nanoparticle aerosol generator is simple in structure, easy to operate and free of environment pollution. The metal needle and the metal plate are mounted in an insulation manner. In addition, the diameter of the generated nanoparticle is less than 100 nm. Therefore, the nanoparticle aerosol generator can more widely satisfy the requirements of the experiments of a research institution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a nano generator for industrial laboratories, in particular to a nano particle aerosol generator. Background technique [0002] With people's attention to nanoparticles, more and more research units need nanoparticle generators to study the toxicity and impact of inhalable particles, air purification, instrument development and so on. The current generation of nanoparticles mainly adopts volatilization-condensation, combustion flame, and electrospray (Electrospray) aerosolization. Volatilization-condensation requires special liquids, and associated drying. A stable nano-aerosol generator is very important to the environment, the study of biological health and the evaluation of control equipment for related pollutants. The combustion flame method mainly produces aerosols related to combustion, with certain physical and chemical properties. Instead of generating nanoaerosols, electrospraying actually aerosolizes existing parti...
