Abstract

The invention discloses a rice subpackage machine which comprises a subpackage mechanism and a conveying mechanism, wherein the convenying mechanism is arranged below the subpackage mechanism, a hopper of the subpackage mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of a support, an opening of the bottom of the hopper is provided with a rice loosing, opening and closing mechanism, and a receiving hopper is connected below the rice loosing, opening and closing mechanism. A regulating box is arranged on the lower portion of the support and right faces the receiving hopper, the lower portion of the regulating box is provided with an upper inserting plate and a lower inserting plate, the upper inserting plate and the lower inserting plate are horizontally arranged and are controlled by an upper inserting plate cylinder and a lower inserting plate cylinder to be opened and closed, and the upper inserting plate cylinder and the lower inserting plate cylinder are fixed on the support. The size of a space formed between the upper inserting plate and the lower inserting plate is the unit size required by rice subpacakge, and lunch boxes carried by the conveying mechanism pass through the bottom of the regulating box successively. According to the rice subpackage machine, rice is poured to the subpackage mechanism through a lifting mechanism or manual power, the rice is loosed by the subpackage mechanism and then packaged inside the lunch boxes in the conveying mechanism, and according to the fact that the size of the space formed between the upper inserting plate and the lower inserting plate serves as rice volume of each subpackage, accurate subpackage of rice capacity is achieved.
