Embodiment 1

[0032] Example 1: Extraction of trunk curve type value points

[0033] First, select a forest quadrat and enclose it with a measuring rope, measure the size of each tree, record the tree species name and diameter at breast height, and record the quadrat name, sampling date, slope, slope aspect, latitude and longitude, altitude and other information at the same time.

[0034] Then, select typical tree trunks in the quadrat to collect tree core data. Three growing tree cores were drilled at 0.5m, 1.3m, and 2.5m from the ground, and each tree was sampled using the same sampling strategy, that is, one core was taken from north to south, from northeast to southwest, and from northwest to southeast. After the core collection is completed, the boreholes are filled tightly with branches.

[0035] Finally, put the sample core into the paper straw immediately and mark the code on the straw with an oil-based pen. After the sample core is dry, stick it to the sample wooden groove with la...

example 3

[0043] Example 3: Simulation of tree trunk profile curves

[0044] First, select 3 corresponding model value points on the cross-section curves at 3 different heights to ensure that these 3 points are on the same longitudinal section of the trunk;

[0045] Then, measure the DBH value of the tree according to the type value point data, and calculate the height of the trunk according to the tree height-DBH relationship;

[0046] Secondly, the parabolic spline curve equation for simulating the longitudinal section curve of the tree trunk is established, and its expression is S i ( t i ) = ( 2 t i 2 - 3 t i + 1 ) P i + ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for measuring single wood accumulating volume based on a curve simulation. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, drilling three tree cores at 0.5 meter, 1.3 meters and 2.5 meters of a trunk along three directions (from north to south, from northeast to southwest, from northwest to southeast); then, measuring a width value from a tree core model value point to a heart centre, and determining the two-dimensional coordinate of the model value point; secondly substituting the coordinate of the model value point into a triple parameter splined curve equation to simulate a trunk cross section curve; then, utilizing a parabolic splined curve equation to simulate a trunk vertical section curve according to the cross section curves at three heights and tree height information to forming a three-dementional trunk shape; and finally, dividing the trunk into 9000 segments, and respectively calculating the volume of each segment and accumulating so as to obtain the single wood accumulating volume.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a new method for measuring the volume of a single tree. The method calculates the volume of the tree through the trunk curve simulated by a computer. Background technique [0002] The measurement of tree volume has a wide range of applications in forestry systems, such as the calculation of forest land production, the calculation of log utilization rate and yield rate, and the growth monitoring of standing trees. The traditional volume measurement methods mainly include per-wood measuring ruler, angle gauge tree measurement, total station instrument tree measurement, etc. These methods assume that the trunk cross section is a regular circle or ellipse, and then calculate the volume of the tree by measuring the tree height and diameter at breast height quantity. However, in the actual measurement, the cross-section of the trunk is not regular, so there will be a certain error between the volume obtained by the traditional measu...
