Abstract

A timing temperature control device for biogas comprises a tank and a printed circuit board (PCB), wherein the tank comprises a key group used for setting time and corresponding temperatures; the PCB is arranged in the tank and comprises a single chip microcomputer (SCM), a memory and a timer; the memory is used for storing the time and corresponding temperatures set in the key group; the SCM is connected with a first temperature sensor, a concentration sensor, a heating unit, a water pump and the memory respectively, and used for obtaining the fermentation broth temperature detected by the first temperature sensor, reading the current time of the timer, obtaining corresponding set temperature according to the current time, the set time and corresponding temperature, and comparing the fermentation broth temperature with the set temperature; and if the fermentation broth temperature is smaller than the set temperature, the SCM triggers the heating unit to heat the fermentation broth to enable the fermentation broth temperature to reach the set temperature. Different temperature maintenance at different moments for a biogas digester is achieved through the device.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electronic control devices, in particular to a biogas timing and temperature control device. Background technique [0002] Biogas digesters are an applied technology widely promoted in rural areas of our country. The use of biogas can be said to be an active and effective way to use local resources to obtain energy. Utilizing biogas as an energy source not only involves the heating of the biogas digester, but also involves the control and heat preservation of the biogas digester. [0003] At present, the methods for temperature control of the biogas digester include: heating the biogas digester by installing a solar device on the biogas digester; Build a greenhouse to keep the biogas tank warm. [0004] However, the disadvantages of installing solar energy devices on the biogas pit to heat the biogas pit are: the heating time cannot be controlled, and the heating energy is difficult to control. Howeve...
