The method comprises the following steps that the pipe truss chord member is installed on the horizontal frame and is fixed; the semi-cylindrical gauge block is clamped in the through hole of the pipe truss chord member; the inclinometer is used to measure the inclination angles of the axial equipartition surface and two semi-round surfaces of the semi-cylindrical gauge block; the pipe truss chord member is adjusted to the required position and is welded with a pipe truss base rod into a whole; and the previous steps are repeated, and all the pipe truss chord members are welded on the pipe truss base rod.
