The compost raw materials coordinates with urban swilling, livestock and poultry excrement or chemical nitrogenous fertilizer, and carbon (C) / nitrogen (N) ratio of the compost raw materials and water are adjusted. The abscisic acid additive agent can induce increasing of catalase, superoxide dismutase, ascorbic acid peroxidase and other active materials, improves capability of eliminating reactive oxygen species (ROS), improves anaerobic-resisting capability of microorganisms, enables microbial community involved in compost to keep alive under the anaerobic environment without stack turning, and finishes the composting process in high temperature.
