The invention discloses health-care liquor for dispelling wind, removing dampness, invigorating kidney and strengthening yang. The health-care liquor is prepared by soaking the following medicinal materials through 3-4L of sorghum white spirit: 35-50 grams of achyranthes aspera, 50-60 grams of eucommia ulmoides, 30-40 grams of lycium chinense, 40-60 grams of tetradium ruticarpum, 50-55 grams of rhizome drynariae and 25-30 grams of ramulus mori. A method for making the health-care liquor comprises the following steps of: soaking all the traditional Chinese medicinal materials which are taken according to the formula under hermetic condition in a proportion for 6-7 days at room temperature; then standing, filtering out medicine residues; and filling the medicine which is qualified by inspection into bottles so as to obtain the product. The practical use result of the health-care liquor shows that the medicine liquor has a good health care effect on patients suffering from rheumatism, rheumatoid diseases and scapulohumeral periarthritis and has a good heath care function for patients suffering from kidney deficiency and lumbago. The medicine liquor can be drunk by both adult males and adult females, and is particularly suitable for the middle-aged and aged people to drink.
