The four-eye fish imitated amphibious observing device can be used for simultaneously observing the situations above and under the water level and is compact in structure and wide in observation range. The four-eye fish imitated amphibious observing device is equipped on an amphibious robot or a boat, which is greatly beneficial to the real-time synchronous acquisition of images above and under the water level.
