Abstract

The medical laryngeal mask airway comprises a tube body, wherein a sleeve capsule is arranged near an opening at the front end of the tube body; a bulge is formed on the top of the sleeve capsule and is connected with an inflation catheter; one end of the inflation catheter is communicated with the sleeve capsule, and the other end of the inflation catheter is connected with a connection fixing sleeve; the connection fixing sleeve comprises an extrusion type inflation capsule and a fixing sleeve; a check valve is arranged in the fixing sleeve; the inflation catheter is also provided with a branch tube; and the branch tube is connected with a pressure detection and air leakage device. The medical laryngeal mask airway has a reasonable structure, the original air sac of the laryngeal mask airway is improved, and the inflation part of the air sac is modified in a mode that a one-way (outlet) air valve is arranged close to a catheter end and a one-way (inlet) air valve is arranged at the inflation end; and the air sac is only required to be extruded by a hand after the tube is inserted into the trachea, so that air flows into the sleeve capsule at the front end of the catheter.
