Problems solved by technology

[0013] In view of this, the main purpose of the present invention is to provide a method and system for unblocking terminal access to the network, so as to solve the problem that the terminal cannot try to access other domains after failing to access the current domain, which affects user experience and business continuity. One purpose is to solve the problem that the terminal tries to re-access immediately after failing to access the CS domain, resulting in waste of signaling and increasing the load of the CS domain

Embodiment 1

[0097] In this embodiment, the terminal initiates an attach / location update / service request process in the PS network and is rejected due to network congestion, and is directed to the process of the CS network, such as Figure 4 As shown, specifically, the following steps may be included:

[0098] Step 401, the PS core network is congested;

[0099] Step 402, the terminal initiates an attach request / location update request / service request message to the PS mobility management unit;

[0100] Here, the attach request / location update request / service request message includes indication information of the terminal network capability, for example, includes indication information that the terminal has multiple access capabilities.

[0101] Step 403, the PS mobility management unit queries the CS mobility management unit for the load status of the CS domain;

[0102] Specifically, when the PS core network is congested, the PS mobility management unit interacts with the CS mobility m...

Embodiment 2

[0113] In this embodiment, the terminal initiates an attach / location update / service request process in the CS network and is rejected due to network congestion, and is directed to the process of the PS network, such as Figure 5 As shown, it specifically includes the following steps:

[0114] Step 501, the CS core network is congested;

[0115] Step 502, the terminal initiates an attach request / location update request / service request message to the CS mobility management unit;

[0116] Here, the attach request / location update request / service request message includes indication information of the terminal network capability, for example, includes indication information that the terminal has PS access capability.

[0117] Step 503, the CS mobility management unit queries the PS mobility management unit for the load status of the PS domain;

[0118] Specifically, the CS mobility management unit interacts with the PS mobility management unit to query the load status of the PS do...

Embodiment 3

[0127] In this embodiment, the terminal initiates a joint attach / location update process in the PS network, and is rejected due to PS network congestion and is redirected to the CS network process, such as Image 6 As shown, specifically, the following steps may be included:

[0128] Step 601, the PS core network is congested;

[0129] Step 602, the terminal initiates a joint attach request / joint location update request for accessing the PS domain and the CS domain to the PS mobility management unit;

[0130] Step 603, the PS mobility management unit queries the CS mobility management unit for the load status of the CS domain;

[0131] Specifically, when the PS core network is congested, the PS mobility management unit interacts with the CS mobility management unit to learn the load status of the CS domain.

[0132] Step 604, the PS mobility management unit judges that the CS domain is not congested according to the load status of the CS domain;

[0133] Step 605, the PS mo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for channelizing network access of a terminal. The method includes: when a current domain is congested, a mobility management entity of the current domain sends a reselection indication for indicating that the terminal is reselected to another domain; and the terminal performs cell resection to the another domain according to the reselection indication. The invention further discloses another method for channelizing network access of the terminal and two systems for channelizing network access of the terminal, and the two systems are applied to the two methods, so that the terminal with the capability of being accessed to multi-networks can attempt another access mode when knowing that the current access mode is unavailable. Therefore, the terminal is capable of selecting to be accessed to the current domain without congestion so that access of the terminal is channelized. Besides, by the methods and the systems, relevant access delay duration is defined for CS (circuit switching) domain congestion, and the CS domain congestion is known when the terminal performs combined attachment or updates a combined position, so that the terminal is prevented from repeatedly attempting CS domain registration within a certain period of time, and CS network load is reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to communication technology, in particular to a method and system for guiding terminals to access a network. Background technique [0002] In order to maintain the competitiveness of the third generation mobile communication system in the communication field, the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP, 3rd Generation Partnership Project) standard working group is working on the research of the Evolved Packet System (EPS, Evolved Packet System). Such as figure 1 As shown, the entire EPS mainly includes two parts: Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network (E-UTRAN, Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network) and Evolved Packet Core Network (EPC, Evolved Packet Core). EPC can support users to GSM EDGE Access to a radio access network (GERAN, GSM EDGE radio access network) and a universal terrestrial radio access network (UTRAN, Universal Terrestrial Radio Access Network). [0003] Such as figure 1 As sho...
