The totally chlorine-free bleaching method includes the steps of oxygen delignification bleaching, peracid bleaching, and sodium hydrosulfite bleaching. By bleaching the bamboo pulp for producing the Daqian writing and painting paper, yield and strength of fiber can be guaranteed, pollution load caused by bleaching effluent can be reduced greatly, subsequent treatment is facilitated, and energy conservation and emission reduction are achieved.
