Embodiment 1

[0025] 1. Rootstock cultivation

[0026] (1) Land preparation and fertilization Choose a nursery with flat terrain and fertile soil, deep plough 20 cm, pick out weed roots, stones, etc., harrow and level it. Apply 4 cubic meters of decomposed organic fertilizer per mu, and apply 20 kilograms of N, P, and K compound fertilizers per mu. In order to prevent pests and diseases, 500 grams of pentachloronitrobenzene and 1 kilogram of phorate are applied per mu.

[0027] (2) Seed treatment Using autumn sowing, remove the moth, damage and impurities of the appropriate amount of mountain apricot seeds, soak them in clean water for 24 hours, and then soak them in copper sulfate for 1 hour to sterilize, remove and wash them, then sow.

[0028] (3) Sowing The seed purity and germination rate are above 95%, and the sowing amount is 40 kg / mu. In mid-to-late November, ditching and sowing were carried out in two rows, with row spacing of 30 cm, belt spacing of 60 cm, sowing ditch depth of 4 cm, and...

[0042] 1. Rootstock cultivation

[0043] (1) Land preparation and fertilization Choose a nursery with flat terrain and fertile soil, deep plough 20 cm, pick out weed roots, stones, etc., and rake and level it. Apply 4 cubic meters of decomposed organic fertilizer per mu, and 25 kilograms of N, P, and K compound fertilizer per mu. In order to prevent pests and diseases, 500 grams of pentachloronitrobenzene and 2 kilograms of phorate are applied per mu.

[0044] (2) Seed treatment Use autumn sowing, remove the moth, damage and impurities of the appropriate amount of mountain apricot seeds, soak them in clean water for 48 hours, and then soak them in copper sulfate for 2 hours to sterilize, remove, and wash them before sowing.

[0045] (3) Sowing The seed purity and germination rate are above 95%, and the sowing amount is 40 kg / mu. In mid-to-late November, ditching and sowing were used in two rows, with row spacing of 30 cm, belt spacing of 60 cm, sowing ditch depth of 5 cm, and cover ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a seedling technology of Prunus cistena. The seedling technology is characterized in that the technology takes Siberian Apricot as stock and adopts whole-ear sealing wax seedling, wherein the special breeding method is as follows: a, breeding the stock; b, breeding grafted seedling; and c, breeding the seedling by bed changing. The seedling technology of Prunus cistena provided by the invention comprises the steps of 1, breeding the Siberian Apricot stock; 2, cutting cion and sealing wax; selecting lignified Prunus cistena branches, wherein the cion branch must be soft and has no dried condition and full bud, performing sealing wax for the whole ears; 3, selecting 1-year-old Siberian Apricot seedling; horizontally cutting the Siberian Apricot seedling in place with distance of 4-5cm above the ground to graft; 4, using the cleft grafting or cut-grafting method to graft in the second half of April; 5, after grafting, strengthening management of soil, fertilizer and water. The method improves grafting survival rate of Prunus cistena, develops large-scale breeding of the nursery stock and provides seedling guarantee for widely applying colorful leaf plants in arid area, improving urban ecological environment and improving city landscape value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant cultivation, in particular to plant grafting technology in arid areas, and specifically to a method for grafting and breeding purple-leaf cherry blossoms in arid areas. Background technique [0002] Because of its unique leaf color, colorful-leaved tree species have attracted much attention in landscaping in recent years, and their applications have become more and more extensive. Color-leaved tree species are of great significance to improving the urban ecological environment and increasing the value of urban landscape in landscaping. According to the preliminary survey from 1993 to 1997, there are more than 400 kinds of colorful leaf plants in my country, which belong to 62 families and 108 genera. Therefore, the color-leaved tree species have broad prospects for development. Purple leaf dwarf cherry ( Pruns x Cistena ) throughout the growing season, its leaves are purplish red, bright and uni...
