Abstract

The invention discloses a radio frame sending device simultaneously. The device comprises a selecting unit and a sending unit, wherein the selecting unit is used for selecting the arbitrary access category for the first frame which is used for the channel information measurement, and the sending unit is used for sending the first frame. The invention further discloses a communication network element provided with the radio frame sending device. According to the method ,the device and the network element, successful transmission of follow-up radio frames of a frame switch sequence of the channel information measurement is guaranteed, smooth proceeding of the channel information measurement is guaranteed, therefore communication data are sent according to the obtained channel information, support of each communication network element for multiple input multiple output (MIMO) and beam forming is guaranteed, and the existing protocol is supplemented effectively.
