Abstract

The invention provides a solar cell and a producing method thereof, a photoelectric photo-thermal vacuum tube and a receiver thereof. The producing method of the solar cell includes depositing a back electrode conductive film layer on a columnar substrate and etching a spiral chute; depositing a solar cell film layer on the spiral chute and a back electrode spiral band and etching the spiral chute; depositing a top electrode conductive film layer on a solar cell film spiral band and the spiral chute, and etching the spiral chute; etching a longitudinal dividing chute along the axial direction of the spiral chute, wherein each independent and corresponding back electrode, solar cell film and top electrode form a single solar cell, and top electrodes and back electrodes of adjacent solar cells are connected through top electrode conductive films in the spiral chute to form the solar cell composed of a plurality of single solar cells connected in series. According to the solar cell and the producing method thereof, the processing efficiency can be effectively improved, and the producing cost can be reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the field of solar energy utilization, and in particular relates to a solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof, a photoelectric photothermal vacuum tube and a receiver thereof. Background technique [0002] Traditional thin-film solar cell modules are planar structures. For example, thin-film solar cells such as amorphous silicon. Although such planar solar cells have higher efficiency when the area is smaller, larger planar solar cells are difficult to manufacture and form a uniform solar cell semiconductor film, resulting in lower efficiency. At present, some non-flat solar cells, such as cylindrical solar cells, have been newly proposed. Such cylindrical solar cells can eliminate some of the defects of planar solar cells and receive more incident sunlight from different directions than planar solar cells. (see American solyndra company products http: / / www.solyndra.com / ) [0003] A single solar cell typical...
