Blanking is carried out to raw materials according to established specification and size; forging temperature is controlled between 900-1100 DEG C; heading and flattening, drawing-down, big and small end ramming and bending are carried out to the forging by a 750KG air hammer, and a required dimension of a design drawing is guarantied; and a forging is placed in a forming die is subjected to steps of semi-finished product processing and the like by a belt drop hammer, such that purpose of satisfying classification society requirements of kenter link surface and internal organizations is reached, and product performance is effectively guarantied.
