The clutch neutral gear stopping device comprises a TCU (Transmission Control Unit), a collecting piece for collecting position signals of a shift rod, a vehicle speed sensor, an EMS (Engine Management System) and a clutch pressure control module, wherein the collecting piece, the vehicle speed sensor, the EMS and the clutch pressure control module are respectively connected with the TCU. The TCU is used for receiving the position signals of the shift rod, which are collected by the collecting piece, and comparing vehicle speed signals collected by the vehicle speed sensor, accelerator opening signals transmitted by the EMS and brake pressure signals with a set value in the TCU when a shift is a travelling gear. If a vehicle speed is less than a vehicle speed set value, an accelerator opening degrees is less than an accelerate set value, and a brake pressure is more than a brake set value, the TCU sends a request signal of reducing a clutch pressure to control a clutch pressure control module to reduce the clutch pressure.
