Abstract

The invention discloses a membrane filter with double filtration, which belongs to the fields of environment-friendly water treatment technologies and membrane separation technologies. The membrane filter is particularly suitable for an immersed membrane bioreactor (MBR). The membrane filter with double filtration is characterized by consisting of a plurality of membrane filtering units, wherein a plurality of capillary membranes are wrapped and protected by virtue of a mesh filter sleeve. As each capillary membrane is provided with a protecting jacket, the problem that the root part of each capillary membrane is fragile is solved; due to being filtered by the mesh filter sleeve, fiber matters have no chance to contact and wind the capillary membranes; as the fiber matters outside membrane bundles are relatively easy to be removed though a mechanical method, the trouble of damaging the capillary membranes by the fiber matters does not need to be worried about; and as produced water is filtered through a filter cloth filter sleeve and the capillary membranes, the quality of the produced water is better ensured.
