By the automatic control method, the LED surface mounting machine can be controlled to produce two PCBs smaller than 750mm in length or one PCB with the length ranging 750mm to 1500mm, surface mounting efficiency is improved more than one time, and the automatic control method is applicable to large-scale PCB surface mounting production lines.
