The method includes: crushing and well mixing all raw materials proportionally, adding fertilizer nutrition slow-release agent, using the tower type granulating process for granulating, screening the fertilizer after granulating to remove doped powder or unqualified blocks, returning the removed powder or unqualified blocks to granulating equipment to be reused to obtain screened granular fertilizer, subjecting the granular fertilizer after screening to magnetic field treatment through an adjustable permanent magnetic processing machine, drying the granular fertilizer subjected to the magnetic field treatment in a drying machine to be dewatered to meet the national standards, cooling the dried materials in a cooling machine, measuring and packaging the finished cooled materials according to specifications to obtain the slowly-released magnetized compound fertilizer. By the aid of the slowly-released magnetized compound fertilizer, yield can be increased, fertilizer utilization rate is increased, nutrient loss of the fertilizer is effectively prevented, physical and chemical characteristics of soil are improved, and biological activity of crops is improved while soil nutrient conversion is promoted.
