The method comprises the following steps of: searching and cancelling remote noise points on the contour surface of the three-dimensional point cloud data; and computing the normal vectors of all points in the three-dimensional point cloud data, searching the contour noise points of the three-dimensional point cloud data, etc. According to the method, a good man-machine interaction function can be realized, and the contour noise points of the three-dimensional point cloud data can be efficiently and exactly searched, so that an effective method for improving the quality of the point cloud data can be provided. When the method is specifically realized, the searched noise points are firstly marked to be the color which is different from the other data points, to be distinguished, and are stored in a special dynamic array. Finally, if the noise points are confirmed to be capable of being cancelled, the noise points which are marked and stored in the dynamic array are removed.
