The first control panel consists of a master control panel, a shaft control panel, an elevator car control panel, a first interface and a second interface, a switching value signal output end of the shaft control panel is electrically connected with a switching value signal input end of the elevator car control panel, a CAN (controller area network) bus interface of the master control panel, a CAN bus interface of the shaft control panel and a CAN bus interface of the elevator car control panel are in communication connection by CAN buses, the first interface is electrically connected with a switching value signal input end of the master control panel, and the second interface, the CAN bus interface of the shaft control panel and the CAN bus interface of the elevator car control panel are in communication connection by CAN buses; the second control panel is provided with at least two motor driving devices; and the selector switch is used for selectively leading one of the motor driving devices to be electrically connected with one of the first interface and the second interface.
