The cosmetic includes, by weight, 0.002% to 0.01% of oligopeptide-1, 1% to 10% of rhodophyta extract, 3% to 4.5% of 1, 2-pentylene glycol, 0.1% to 1% of rice amino acid, 0.1% to 5% of purslane extract, 0.01% to 0.1% of ceramide 3, 0.01% to 0.1% of ceramide 6, 0.01% to 0.1% of ceramide 1, 0.01% to 0.2% of phytosphingosine, 0.1% to 1% of cholesterol, 0.5% to 2% of sodium lauroyl lactylate, 1% to 5% of cestrum nocturnum, and the balance deionized water. The invention further provides a preparation method of the cosmetic.
