By adopting the embodiment of the invention, a user can operate the client terminal to start the control and coordination of a control server and a database server by operating the domain name to build a communication connection with a World-Wide-Web server and to interact with the World-Wide-Web server. Therefore, pre-prepared video, voice, word, picture advertisement combined with multimedia can be played to a user during the waiting time before the user accesses a website when the user operates a domain name to access a website.
