By combining an acoustic signal and an electric signal generated by lightning, the reasonable configuration way of an antenna and a sensor array is designed; by utilizing one acoustoelectric combinative quasi-three-dimensional lightning positioning method, the quasi-three-dimensional positioning result and the space-time evolution process of a lightning discharge channel can be measured and obtained only through a single observation station; the positioning device and the method have the full lightning detection functions of ground lightning and cloud lightning; and simultaneously, the synchronous acoustoelectric comprehensive detection data of the lightning are provided. The positioning device and the method are applicable to weather with higher requirements on the detection precision and the positioning result of the lightning, the detection and the early warning of the lightningfor aviation, spaceflight and military departments, and also can be used as observing and measuring approaches for the physics and the protection research of the lightning.
