Abstract

The invention discloses a pesticide granule for controlling soil insects of peanuts and a preparation method thereof. The pesticide granule contains the following ingredients in percentage by weight: 0.5-15% of carbosulfan as active ingredient, 30-70% of a carrier fertilizer, 0.1-2% of a sustained release agent, 0.1-10% of a binder, 0.1-0.5% of a coating agent, and the balance of fillers. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: thoroughly mixing the above ingredients, granulating by film-coating method, oven-drying and sieving to obtain the final product of pesticide granule. The application of the pesticide granule achieves synchronization of applying the fertilizer and killing soil insects such as white grubs, cutworms, wireworms and mole crickets; and overcomes the problem in the prior art that users apply pesticides and fertilizers separately and repeatedly.
