Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and system for message processing based on a rule engine system. The rule engine system comprises a rule editor and a rule engine. The method comprises: receiving a message processing configuration property value through the rule editor, and obtaining a message processing rule according to the message processing configuration property value, wherein the processing at least comprises routing operations; receiving a message from a source service component; and loading the message processing rule through the rule engine, and processing the message from the source service component via the message processing rule. Therefore, when the message processing logic changes, particularly when the message router operation rule needs to be changed, the purpose of updating the message processing logic can be realized only through customizing the message processing rule again by the rule editor, and the whole program needs not to be developed repeatedly. Compared with the traditional method, the method disclosed by the embodiment of the invention has the advantage that the amount of development can be reduced.
