Embodiment 1

[0020] A method for utilizing waste oil to produce industrial soap flakes is characterized in that it comprises the steps:

[0021] 1. Roughly filter the gutter oil with a 20-30 mesh filter to remove solid floating matter;

[0022] 2. Add 10 to 15 parts by weight of NaCl to 100 parts by weight of the filtrate obtained in step 1, stir and heat to 70 to 80° C., keep the temperature for 2 to 3 hours, and separate oil from water;

[0023] 3. The oil layer obtained in step 2 is fine-filtered with a bag filter at 70-80°C to remove mechanical suspended solids, colloids, etc.;

[0024] 4. Add 20 to 30 parts by weight of activated clay to 100 parts by weight of the filtrate obtained in step 3, and stir and heat to 110 to 120° C., heat and stir for 30 minutes, and perform hot filtration;

[0025] 5. In 100 parts by weight of the filtrate obtained in step 4, add 40 to 60 parts by weight of 25% to 30% NaOH solution, stir and heat to 75 to 85°C, and saponify for 1 to 3 hours;

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing an industrial flaked soap by using drainage oil. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out coarse filtration on the drainage oil to remove solid flotages; 2, adding 10-15 parts by weight of NaCl to carry out oil-water separation; 3, carrying out fine filtration by using a bag filter to remove mechanical suspended substances, colloids and the like; 4, adding atlapulgite, and carrying out hot filtration; 5, adding a sodium hydroxide solution, carrying out a saponification reaction, adding NaCl, and separating to obtain a lower layer glycerin water and an upper layer soap base; 6, adding the sodium hydroxide solution to the soap base, adding NaCl, separating, discarding the water layer to obtain the secondary soap-boiled soap base; 7, drying the soap base in a vacuum drying device to obtain a soap stock with the water content of 7.5-8.5%; and 8, grind-pressing the soap stock into flakes to obtain the finished industrial flaked soap. The method which adopts the drainage oil as a raw material fully utilizes available values of the drainage oil, solves the outlet problem of the drainage oil, and is a method which changes wastes into valuables and accords a circular economy mode.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to a mixture of base materials and additives, a detergent composition mainly using soap as base material, a method for producing industrial soap flakes by utilizing waste oil, especially a method for producing industrial soap flakes by utilizing waste oil. 【Background technique】 [0002] Industrial soap flakes are important raw materials for the manufacture of low-foaming synthetic detergents, drawing aids, etc. Currently, natural animal and vegetable oils are mostly used in the production of soap flakes. In today's world with a rapidly increasing population, any natural resources are becoming more and more scarce, and the problem of competition between industrial oil and edible oil for raw materials is also more serious. Therefore, the price of raw materials has always remained high. [0003] But on the other hand, with the improvement of people's living standards, the amount of various kitchen waste oils is also increasing, th...
