Embodiment 1-5

[0033] Amphiphilic compounds, nonionic surfactants with the function of reducing concrete shrinkage: C 15 h 32 o 6

[0034] (n=4, m=5), anionic surfactant: sodium lauryl sulfate, mixed with water at 80°C (total weight 100g), stirred evenly for 30 minutes, and discharged. The prepared emulsion was diluted 10 times and sprayed on the surface of plastic concrete to test its efficiency of reducing water evaporation and the ratio of inhibiting concrete shrinkage. The ratio of each component and the experimental results are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a concrete water evaporation inhibitor with a shrinkage function and a preparation method thereof. The inhibitor is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-10 percent of an amphiphilic compound, 0.2-5 percent of a non-ionic surfactant with a concrete shrinkage reducing function, 0.2-5 percent of an anionic surfactant and the balance of water. A stable amphiphilic compound emulsion is prepared under the synergic action of a nonionic emulsifier having a concrete shrinkage reducing function and an anionic emulsifier. When the inhibitor is applied to a plastic stage concrete surface, the water evaporation of plastic stage concrete can be reduced effectively (the water evaporation of plastic stage concrete can be reduced by over 80 percent in maximum), and the shrinkage of hardened concrete can be effectively reduced simultaneously (the shrinkage can be reduced by 20 percent in maximum). The concrete water evaporation inhibitor has the advantages of simple preparation process, stable performance, convenience for field use, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of concrete, in particular to a concrete water evaporation inhibitor with shrinkage reduction function and a preparation method thereof. The system can not only greatly reduce the water evaporation on the concrete surface in the plastic stage, but also effectively reduce the shrinkage of hardened concrete. Background technique [0002] The rapid water evaporation in the plastic stage of concrete is not only an important reason for the plastic cracking of concrete, but also an important factor that causes phenomena such as crusting, stickiness, and ash on the concrete surface. How to start from the early stage of construction, that is, when the concrete is still in the plastic stage, greatly reduce the water evaporation on the concrete surface, maintain the plastic state of the concrete, and reduce the plastic cracking of the concrete, which is an urgent problem in construction. [0003] At present, the rapid water eva...
