Abstract

The invention provides a server which comprises a rack, a plurality of chassis, a power module, at least a first copper pillar and at least a second copper pillar, wherein the rack is provided with a front end and a rear end which are opposite to each other; each chassis is configured in the rack and is suitable to be pulled out from the front end; each chassis is internally provided with a mainboard module; the power module is configured in the rack; the first copper pillar is fixed on the rack, is electrically connected with the power module and is suitable to be electrically connected with an external power supply; the second copper pillar is fixed on the rack and is electrically connected with the power module and the mainboard modules; the high voltage from the external power supply is transferred to the power module by the first copper pillar; and the power module converts the high voltage to the low voltage and transfers the low voltage to the mainboard modules via the second copper pillar. Thus, the server has the following beneficial effects: configuration of cables in the server can be reduced so that the cables are easier and more convenient to arrange; and circulation of the airflow inside the server can be improved so as to promote the cooling efficiency.
