Embodiment 1

[0028] Take 4.7g (0.05mol) of vinylimidazole and add concentrated hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH value to less than 1. In a reaction kettle equipped with a thermometer, a stirring paddle, and a condenser tube, add acidified vinylimidazole, 28.8g (0.4mol) of acrylic acid, 2.9g (0.05mol) of propenyl alcohol, 200ml of benzene, and 0.3 g, stirred to obtain a transparent solution. The temperature was raised to 80°C, and the reaction was carried out for 2 hours. After the polymerization reaction finishes, the polymer solid produced is attached to the bottle wall, and the benzene is poured out. Benzene was evaporated to dryness under reduced pressure. Add 100ml of ethanol, stir until the polymer product is completely dissolved, add diethyl ether dropwise into the ethanol solution of the product, and slowly precipitate, until the precipitation no longer increases, evaporate the diethyl ether to obtain purified fibrinolytic polymer. The yield was 63.3%, and the number average mo...

Abstract

The invention discloses a fibrinolytic macromolecular compound and a synthetic method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: acidifying vinyl imidazole, adding acrylic acid and propenol; heating to initiate the random copolymerization of monomers by using a radical initiator in a non-polar solvent; when the reaction is finished, pouring out the organic solvent, evaporating the solvent to dryness at a reduced pressure; dissolving the macromolecular product in ethanol, adding ether into the ethanol solution of the product to obtain a precipitate, performing centrifugation, removing the supernatant, evaporating ether to obtain the purified fibrinolytic macromolecular compound. The method has a simple device, strong operability, and mild conditions, and the obtained product has fibrinolytic activity when detected by a fibrinolysis plate method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the fields of polymer synthesis and simulated enzymes, in particular to a fibrinolytic polymer compound and a synthesis method thereof. [0002] Background of the invention [0003] Plasmin has the effect of dissolving fibrin, plays an important role in the process of inhibiting thrombus formation and dissolving thrombus, and has considerable medical prospects. Plasmin derived from living organisms is limited by the source of living organisms and the cumbersome process of separation and purification, so that it cannot be obtained and applied in large quantities. On the basis of analyzing and studying the active center of this type of enzyme, artificially synthesizing a polymer that simulates the same structure as the active center of plasmin can obtain low-cost, high-efficiency, and non-toxic antithrombotic drugs. [0004] There are many kinds of plasmin, mostly trypsin. Predecessors of trypsin have done very deep...
