The method comprises: setting a pre-set number frequency and a pre-set number bandwidth; identifying step signal frequency spectrum components contained in an accessed test signal; and extracting frequency signals from the step signal frequency spectrum components under the condition of the pre-set number frequency and the pre-set number bandwidth.
