The device has a simple structure and low cost, and a complex vacuum system is not required. Harmful fungi are specially killed by using the activity of the produced plasmas. Active substances have very high chemical activity, and undergo a biochemical reaction with fungal cells, so that cell apoptosis is caused in a short period of time. The device and the method have the remarkable characteristics of high sterilizing efficiency and low energy consumption.
