The germicide composition contains an active ingredient (A) that is spiroxamine and an active ingredient (B) that is one of kasugamycin, polyoxin, zhongshengmycin and validamycin, wherein the weight ratio of the active ingredient A to the active ingredient B is 80:1-1:40; an assistant and an excipient are added to the active ingredients to obtain a microemulsion, emulsion in water and suspend emulsion; and powdery mildew, leaf spot, leaf rust, sheath blight, bakanae disease, downy mildew, septoria nodorum, rice blast, anthracnose, venturia, ring rot, alternaria leaf spot, soft rot and epidemics can be controlled by using the germicide composition which prevents from being scouring by rainwater and has an obvious synergistic action.
