Abstract

The antibacterial BOPP film comprises the following blended components, by weight, 100 parts of a polypropylene resin and 0.1-3 parts of a compound antibacterial agent. The compound antibacterial agent comprises montmorillonite and polyguanidinium. The polyguanidinium is coated on a surface of montmorillonite lamellas and is embedded between the montmorillonite lamellas. A weight ratio of the polyguanidinium to the montmorillonite is 3:1-1:10. The polypropylene resin is a special polypropylene resin for the BOPP. The preparation method is characterized by: mixing the components according to the ratios, or melt blending the components after mixing; carrying out casting toobtain the lamellas; carrying out biaxial stretching to obtain the antibacterial BOPP film. The antibacterial BOPP film prepared through the method has advantages of high antibacterial efficiency, low cost, innocuity and harmlessness for human body, strong water resistance and the like.
